Betsy started her career as a professional singer; headlining shows worldwide for over 12 years; so when she entered the corporate world, where she fell into a management position by default, she constantly struggled with understanding how to motivate her employees to perform better. After years of investing in seminars, books and studying under top leaders, Betsy developed very specific leadership skills that helped her to influence and motivate the most important asset she had….her team.
