Dawn is all about the strategy and planning that produces results that are predictable, reliable and highly impactful.
Over a 30 year career, with 20 as CEO of Brinson Benefits, Dawn leads from her core beliefs, extensive industry knowledge and street-savvy style by challenging traditional thinking, pushing a few boundaries and always working to make the complex simple. Her experience of success (and even failure) on the path from entry level clerk to CEO, combined with her intuitive and thought provoking ability to connect and communicate, lends a unique perspective that speaks into many areas of business.
Dawn’s entrepreneurship currently finds her leading three thriving employee benefit-related firms, of which Brinson Benefits, Inc. was recognized by the Dallas Business Journal in 2012 as the 6th largest Woman-Owned Business in North Texas.
Dawn is permanently and happily married to Skip, lives in Southlake and loves the color purple.
