The Purple Card® is an independent health care advocacy and assistance service. Our Patient Advocates provide time and cost-saving services to resolve concerns about benefit programs. We not only assist our members, we educate them on ways to maximize health care coverage and other available benefit programs.

The Purple Card® was founded in 1997 by Dawn Brinson-Roark. Dawn sensed a frustration from clients with grievances against claim payment delays, claim denials and incorrect billing from providers.

The Purple Card® services are designed to improve the health care experience. It gives the patient the prompt and personal service of a live representative, to handle issues on their behalf regarding billing and providers.
